The name CalyFx is a portmanteau, blending the words: Calyx (from the female flower), California (where our products are made), and Fx (for the effects our customers enjoy from our custom strains).
CalyFx founder, Dennis D’Alessio, has a special interest in the medical potential of Hemp extracted treatments. He had a younger brother, Bill, who was Autistic and suffered from Epilepsy.
The only legal treatment available to abate Bill’s symptoms were expensive, with severe side effects, which took a toll on his other vital organs and reduced his quality of life. Eventually, Bill’s kidneys stopped functioning and he was placed on dialysis. Ultimately, a grand-mal seizure led to Bill’s death at the age of 32.
CalyFx’s full and broad-spectrum hemp extracted products contain CBD, CBG, CBN, and some 1300+ other elements and are naturally derived substances from the hemp and plant.
